The name of Guntari (Guntaree), sister of SatSandh, the commandants and the rulers of GuuntareeGadh is shining like diamonds in the history of Kachchh. There are lot many stories found about this mysterious princess, which are full of fantasies. After hearing such a story (one of the variations from the same), I have searched history of kachchh for the authentication of the same, and it found authentic. The story, belongs to the time of Jam Unnad and his brothers Mod And Manai, the sons of Jam Lakha Dhurara, the ruler of Sindh, found very interesting. Hence, I made my all honest efrorts to write this tale by sticking to the historical facts and evidences.
