Words Of The Author:
My this tale is printed as a serial tale with the name “Vasundhara” in a daily named
“LokTantra” which is getting popularity and respect (in increasing manner day by day);
for the period of roughly one year.
The representation of the human lives (of various character ) from a hut to the palace
and different aspects of the life in the form of a body of words named “Preete Parovaya”
is liked by the large amount of readers. The characters of this tale: Maharanee Jankidevee
(or Maharani JankiDevi), Shastriji Chandrashekhar, Roopa and the father of village life
Surabhai have left great impact. The story flows with the steps of Vasudev and its got
colorful with the love of Vasundhara. In the same way of love, when Vasundhara said
long good bye, the story became sad and blissful.
Of course the other events also got shape along with. Which kept the environment
interesting and live. But I have kept the picture of colors of love throughout the
writing (of this tale) in front of my eyes. I had also taken care to justify the
reality of the tale and didn’t allow to let it compromised.
I got regular letters (as the feedback) from the readers with the progress of the story,
containing the views of the reader(s) and curiosity to know what will happen now?
Especially at the time of the climax of the story (was publishing) some readers
felt that it was better if the story continue.
Of course yes, there was the scope to continue the story, but I do not know why
I have been stopped by my instinct. Otherwise Vasundhara have fascinated me and
I have really loved to expand the story in these days.
But still when I wrote the last chapter of “Vasundhara”, by keeping the views and responses
of the readers; I felt at this stage (where the story ends) Vasundhara will remain lovelier (as is).
I am thankful to all my readers for all their reviews which were (and are) the source of
inspiration for me. The editorial team of “LokTantra” is family for me, so what
formalities I can do for them?
I wish this story will also be accepted by the readers, like my other stories.
By The Editor – LokTantra (At The Time Of Saying GoodBye To The Story)
The story named “Preete Parovaya” is saying good bye to all the readers by conveying the
immortal message of generosity and love without any expectation. The story have kept the
interest (of the readers) alive since January 26, 1959, when the first episode (chapter)
of it, is published in “LokTantra”. That is the proof of the success of the story.
Shri Harilal Upadhyay is a good analyzer of the kingdoms of saurashtra and its various aspects;
(he) knows each thread of this environment which is towards its end (As the small states are
merging in the process of uniting them and make ready the final layout of The Republic Of India).
It is the facts (mentioned in the story) which made the story realistic. The youth desperate of
the independence, the political games prepared around the lustful life of the palace, and the
importance of unconditional and generous love are the key aspects of the story.
We are thankful to this young story writer for presenting such a nice story to “LokTantra” and all its readers.
